ELLSINORE YOUTH AND COMMUNITY CENTER
FORMAT FOR VOLUNTEERS

1) Volunteering for a minimum of 2 ½ hours per month or more would be greatly appreciated.

2) Volunteers need to schedule time they can work for each month with the person doing the schedule.

3) Volunteers will be expected to follow and enforce the following:

        a. no sitting on Pool tables - ping pong table - air hockey table

        b. no food around pool table - ping pong table - air hockey table

        c. only person shooting should be around pool table, all others need to be seated
            (no exceptions, youth, adults and volunteers alike)

        d. no foul language

        e. no< smoking and/or smokeless tobacco allowed inside or outside of building

        f. everyone must sign in at the door

        g. only qualified adults in kitchen area

        h. no one is allowed to leave the premises and return the same night.
            Must wait until the next open night. (exception only with the volunteers for that night)

        i. the phone is for emergency calls only, (calls will be determined by the volunteers)

        j. expected to enforce Dress Code and abide by same

        k. Zero tolerance on sexual harassment
